Our Signature starts with a friendly greeting by our Community Sales Managers when you visit each of our Model Homes. All of our on-site Managers have the knowledge and expertise to answer your questions, whether they are about the surrounding community, the neighborhood's amenities, our construction techniques or the purchasing process. They are there to help you and your family.
PRESALE MEETINGS
If you purchase early in the construction of your home, you will meet with our Decorator and Sales Director. This meeting is your opportunity to select the colors, hard surfaces and upgrades for your new home.
During the process of completing your home, the Sales Director and Transaction Coordinator will work closely with you and your agent by keeping you informed of the progress of construction and answering questions that are sure to arise. Their personal touch makes certain of your satisfaction.
