THE HOME STRETCH
Prior to closing, a Customer Field Representative will walk you through your new home. You will receive lots of helpful information, including your Homeowner's Manual, which is a valuable guide to your new home and your Repair Kit which includes touch-up paint, tile and a variety of maintenance supplies. Our Field Rep will orient you to how the home's systems work and what you can do to keep it all running smoothly. It's our way of ensuring you're off on the right foot.

As your home nears completion, we know you will begin to think about your move. You will receive detailed information to help you plan the last few weeks prior to moving in.
